Today marks the 141st birthday of our beautiful state Colorado. The annual tradition here is all of our state parks offer free entrance on August 7th. Activities are occurring all over Colorado today. The Colorado History Center is a very valuable tour to take advantage when you visit here if you’re interested in all the artifacts of this beautiful state besides its scenery.
This is my husband and I outside the History Center with an old wagon train and its supplies from back in the Old West days.
This was an exhibit to learn how to pan for gold. My granddaughter loved doing this and found it to be almost hypnotic!
The list is massive of opportunities to experience Colorado Day which we are actually celebrating all week. There is so much to see and do in the great state that I am so happy to be experiencing and living our life here. Every day there is a new adventure to conquer if you are open to try! Hope you take a visit here sometime and enjoy the abundance of Mother Nature.
